Jill Aston is a Florida Native, but has lived in Tennessee for the last 20+ years. Prior to co-founding 615 Aesthetics, she worked at both Lurie Children's Hospital in Chicago and Vanderbilt Medical Center in critical care ICU for over 17 years. She has experience and advanced training in neurotoxin injectables, dermal fillers, collagen biostimulators, and lasers. Her favorite treatments are to help with lip augmentation and midface volumization. 



Lauren England is a true Tennessee native. She has been a Middle Tennessee Provider for the last 12+ years. Prior to 615 Aesthetics, she worked at Vanderbilt as both a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner. She has experience and advanced training in neurotoxin injectables, dermal fillers, collagen biostimulators, and lasers. Her favorite treatments are to help with facial balancing and overall skin health.

Jay Michael Trussler, DO, is a board-certified physician and a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine and is highly experienced in all areas of Family Medicine. He offers comprehensive services at his Middle Tennessee locations in Manchester and Monteagle, where he focuses on pediatrics, primary care, and the management of chronic diseases, such as COPD and diabetes. In addition to his expertise as a family medicine physician, Dr. Trussler is skilled in several aesthetic technologies, including SculpSure® body contouring, Icon™ laser skin treatments, and Botox® injection therapy. With these technologies, he can treat wrinkles, dark spots, stretch marks, unwanted body fat, and other aesthetic flaws.

Shelby has 6 years of experience within the healthcare and technology industry. Her attention to detail, structure, and management capabilities aided in her ability for managing 60+ events annually for companies such as AccuReg & NextGen Healthcare.

Shelby earned her BA in Business with a concentration in Marketing at Middle Tennessee State University. When Shelby isn’t working, you can find her enjoying her time with her family and friends. She’s a model for our community as she devotes her time as the Coach for the Page Middle School Competition Cheer team.

Rachel fell in love with the skin care and spa world at a young age and decided to make it her career. Twenty years later, she is still passionate about healthy skin and the spa experience. Originally from Michigan, Rachel spent 12 years in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she worked in five-star resorts and received world-class advanced education. Now settled in Tennessee, she is combining her luxury experience with the advanced treatments offered at 615 Aesthetics. She is a certified ZO Skin Health Expert and would love to help you with all of your skin care needs. 

Jamie Wilson is a board certified  Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in both medical and aesthetic dermatology. She is a Kentucky native and graduated with her Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisville. Jamie started her career as a Nurse in 2007 and went on to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. During her time as a Family Nurse Practitioner she discovered her love for medical and aesthetic dermatology. She believes each patient’s unique features require an individual treatment plan and prides herself on staying up to date on the latest techniques and training to help patients maintain or enhance their natural beauty. She also enjoys treating skin conditions that prevent patients from feeling confident in their own skin. In her free time, Jamie enjoys hiking, yoga, biking, playing with her two kids, spending time with her husband and relaxing with her dog.
